Knockers gain sweet revenge
Knockers gained revenge for defeats suffered over the previous two seasons when they defeated Knickers by three wickets in the annual clash at Hollybush Lane.
Pat Morecraft (70), Sarah Watson (64) and Jane Scott boosted the girls to 238-9 and the Knockers - required to bat 'wrong handed' lost both openers with just five runs on the board.
However consistent batting down the line, with 66 apiece from Sims and Miller, brought victory despite some very keen bowling and fielding.
