Knockers
183-10
Underriver
184-2
Underriver decisively won this contest with Knockers. Knockers batted first and got off to a flyer with the in-form Paul Cook hitting a rapid, all-boundaries, 28 but then the wickets fell regularly. No one was able to muster a big score to anchor the innings despite fighting contributions from Tom Watts [35] and Lynden Spencer-Allen [31]. N Watson was the pick of the home side’s bowling with 4-62. C Close [84] and N Watson [48] then showed a little respect for a strong Knockers attack to win the match at a canter. Knockers move on to Staplehurst next week for the final match of the year.
