Knockers fail again
For the third successive match Knockers were well beaten. Playing away ay Shoreham on Saturday, they were dismissed for 30, leaving the home team easy victors by eight wickets.
Batting first, only five Knockers batsmen made runs and Enderby, with 9, was top scorer.
Summerfield captured 4 for 5 and Walker 6 for 17. Shoreham made a disastrous start, losing two quick wickets, but Vaughan, batting steadily saw Shoreham safely through.
