Knockers
209-7
Tenterden
134-9
Sevenoaks Chronicle, 6th September 1968
Knockers overcame a bad start at Tenterden on Sunday against Tenterden, and with Hugh Drake scoring freely, supported by I. Miller and Tony Martin, they were able to declare at 209 for 7.
Tenterden also started badly and never really kept up with the required tempo to win. In the end it was up to skipper Bennet, supported by Hall, to stave off defeat. They just managed to do this and at close of play Tenterden were 134 for 9.
