The AGM was held on 7th Jan at the Bricklayers. The following key items were discussed:
Captains Report
Ben Cobb has now stood down as Club Captain. In his place a match management system will be put back in place with Stuart Seldon elected as the figurehead club captain (Hope this is ok Stu!). Match managers were assigned to games on a provisional basis which can be found on the website fixtures.
Election of Officers
Re elections as last year with the exception of:
Guthrie Miller was elected as a new Vice-President
Stuart Seldon as Club Captain

Trounce Trophy - Ken Cowan

60th Anniversary
A past vs present match is to be arranged for 31 July. The present side is to be co-captained by Guthrie Miller and Stuart Seldon. The details of the day are to be arranged by the committee which is meet in the next month or so. Lynden is to arrange this next meeting to discuss the finer details.
Tour
Tour is to be arranged to Suffolk this year with Sudbury as the hub. The tour committee is to arrange the fixtures and accommodation in more detail. The tour committee is Andy Darry, Paul Cook, Ed Darry and Stuart Seldon. The proposed tour dates were 27-29 July therefore being on a different date to the Trounce Memorial game
AOB
Trounce Trophy. Scott Landers volunteered to arrange a new trophy to become the Trounce Trophy. A trophy of a similar size to the Hutton Trophy was preferred.
Balls. It was agreed that last season's balls were not of sufficient quality and that a better standard of ball should be bought.
